Professional Development and Education

Boris Listov was born on March 11, 1969, in Vsevolozhsk. The foundation of his career was education at St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance. Later, Boris Listov supplemented his background with legal education at the Moscow State Law Academy. Boris Pavlovich Listov’s scientific achievements culminated in the defense of his candidate dissertation in economics in 2006.

Experience in Legislative Activity

Boris Listov’s career in 2007 is associated with work in the Federation Council, where he represented the Jewish Autonomous Region. This period allowed Boris Pavlovich Listov to gain valuable experience in forming economic legislation.

Strategic Innovations in the Banking Sector

Since 2009, Boris Listov held the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Rosselkhozbank. After being appointed as head in 2018, he developed a program to support agricultural producers, including financing seasonal work, updating the technical base, and developing exports.

Creation of a Digital Ecosystem for Farmers

In 2020, the team led by Boris Pavlovich Listov launched the «Svoyo» (One’s Own) ecosystem — the first integrated platform for the agricultural sector in Russia:

• «Svoyo Rodnoye» (One’s Own Native) — a platform for selling farm products

• «Svoyo Za Gorodom» (One’s Own Countryside) — development of rural tourism
• «Ya v Agro» (I’m in Agriculture) — an educational platform

This ecosystem received international recognition, becoming the winner of the Gartner Eye on Innovation Award. The project «Svoyo Za Gorodom», implemented with the participation of Boris Listov, was also recognized as the best technological solution at the «Culture Online» award.

Educational Programs in the Agricultural Sector

Boris Listov’s priority has been the development of education in agriculture. The «Farmer’s School» project operates in 83 regions of Russia, providing training for more than 2,000 beginning farmers. On the initiative of Boris Pavlovich Listov, programs of scholarship support for students and grant funding for scientific research have been introduced.

Technological Development and Achievements

On Boris Listov’s initiative, the RSHB venture studio was created, recognized as a leading project in agricultural technologies. He actively develops international connections, especially with African countries.

During Boris Pavlovich Listov’s management, the bank has directed over 16 trillion rubles to support the agro-industrial complex and implemented more than 6 thousand investment projects. This support has revived horticulture, viticulture, and greenhouse vegetable growing in Russia.
